1.食材:鹌鹑蛋、莴笋叶(已清洗)

2.将已清洗好的莴笋叶放在案板上切开,待用。

3.取平底锅置火上倒油烧热,打入鹌鹑蛋煎至两面金黄,盛出待用。

4.另锅倒油烧热,煎好的鹌鹑蛋,加适量的清水。
